Once your Gmail is connected, Ghost can handle the back and forth of brand deals for you. Every automation is a switch you turn on or off, and you can always review drafts before anything sends.

Where to manage it

Open these settings two ways:
  • From Home, on the Ghost Reply card, click Manage.
  • Or open Preferences > Email Sending > Gmail Connection.
You will see your connected Gmail (with an Unlink option) and the switches below.

The automations

Ghost reads new emails in your inbox and writes a draft reply for you, right inside Gmail. You review and send. This is the same feature shown as Ghost Reply on your Home screen.
If you sent an email and got no reply in 48 hours, Ghost drafts a follow up for you automatically. No more deals going cold because you forgot to nudge.
Ghost finds relevant brands and reaches out to them on your behalf, without you picking each one. This is the Ghost Outreach feature. It is available on paid plans, see Billing.
Ghost uses your email history to personalize everything it writes, so drafts match how you actually talk to brands.
Adds a small “sent with Ghost” mark to AI-generated drafts. Turn it off any time.

Reviewing drafts

On the Ghost Reply card on Home, click View Drafts to see everything Ghost has drafted and waiting for you. Nothing is sent until you approve it, unless you have turned on an automation that sends for you.
Auto Reach Out (Agent Mode) can email brands without you clicking send each time. Make sure your About Me and AI Rules are set up the way you want before you turn it on.
