How rules work
Most rules read like “if this happens, do that.” For example:- “If someone asks about a billing dispute, tell them we will provide a refund.”
- “If a brand wants to schedule a call, ask what times work for them.”
- “If a creator asks me to make content, thank them and ask for the details.”
Add and manage rules
- Click + New Rule to add an instruction.
- Use the pencil and trash icons to edit or remove a rule.
- Each rule shows when it was last updated.
