How the sequence works

  1. Creator added. Ghost sources a creator that fits your campaign.
  2. Email. They get your first email.
  3. Timer. We wait a couple of days.
  4. Follow-up email. No reply? One gentle nudge.
  5. Exit. The moment a creator replies, they leave the workflow and the Ghost team takes the conversation.

Edit the copy

Click any email card to open it. Edit the subject and body the way you’d edit a doc, and changes save automatically.

What Ghost handles for you

  • Sending infrastructure. Warmed sending domains, rotation, and volume pacing so your outreach lands in inboxes, not spam.
  • Replies. Interested creators are answered by the Ghost team and pushed into your approval queue.
  • Opt-outs. Every email carries a reply-to-stop line, honored automatically.
Adding steps or changing the timing is coming soon. For now the sequence shape is fixed (email, wait, follow-up), and your Ghost team can customize further on request.
