Set up your domain

Import your contacts

You can upload your contact list of customers directly into Ghost. These are people you want to reach out to, like current customers, warm leads, or past users you’d like to win back. Ghost allows you to bucket each contact into one of three statuses: Lead, Active, or Inactive, so you can tailor your messaging accordingly. Please note the Ghost **should never **be used for mass cold outreach ie. trying to cold email thousands of people that did not give you their email. This activity will be flagged by our system and your acccount will be banned.

Create your first chat

When starting your first chat with Ghost, the more context you give, the better the output.
