About Me is where you give Ghost the facts it needs to write like you. Ghost calls these facts Memories, and it uses them in every email, reply, and idea it creates. Open it from About Me in the sidebar, or from Preferences > AI Memory. Both show the same list.

What a memory is

A memory is a short fact about you or your business. The more Ghost knows, the more personal and accurate your emails get. Good things to add:
  • What you make and who your audience is.
  • Your rates and how you like to price deals.
  • How you prefer to negotiate.
  • Where you are based.
  • Anything a brand should know about working with you.

Add and manage memories

Add a memory

Click + New Memory, type the fact, and save it.

Edit a memory

Click the pencil icon on any memory to update it.

Delete a memory

Click the trash icon to remove a memory you no longer want Ghost to use.
Each memory shows when it was last updated, so you can keep your details current.
Treat your memories like a living profile. When your rates change or you land a big partnership, add it. Ghost will start using it right away.
