Manage billing inside of Ghost
To start navigate to settings & select the billing tab.
Plan Selector (Top Slider)
Use the contact slider at the top to preview pricing based on the number of contacts you plan to have in your audience. As you grow, Ghost will automatically move you to the correct tier - so your account won’t ever be paused or interrupted if you go over a limit.Usage Tracking
Just below the plans, you’ll see:- Contacts: Tracks how many people you’ve added (e.g., “44 out of 5,000”)
- Email Sends: Tracks how many emails you’ve sent this month (e.g., “1,500 out of 25,000”)

Billing Details
At the bottom of the page, you can:- Edit billing info - Change your business address or billing contact
- Edit payment method - Update the credit card on file
- Find & download Invoices - Click the link to access all past invoices
Canceling Your Plan
To cancel, switch to the Free plan by selecting it.Just keep in mind:
- You won’t be able to send emails
- You’ll be limited to 3 AI chats per day
