# About Me (Memories) Source: https://docs.onghost.com/about-me Teach Ghost the facts about you and your business so every email sounds like you. **About Me** is where you give Ghost the facts it needs to write like you. Ghost calls these facts **Memories**, and it uses them in every email, reply, and idea it creates. Open it from **About Me** in the sidebar, or from **Preferences > AI Memory**. Both show the same list. ## What a memory is A memory is a short fact about you or your business. The more Ghost knows, the more personal and accurate your emails get. Good things to add: * What you make and who your audience is. * Your rates and how you like to price deals. * How you prefer to negotiate. * Where you are based. * Anything a brand should know about working with you. ## Add and manage memories Click **+ New Memory**, type the fact, and save it. Click the pencil icon on any memory to update it. Click the trash icon to remove a memory you no longer want Ghost to use. Each memory shows when it was last updated, so you can keep your details current. Treat your memories like a living profile. When your rates change or you land a big partnership, add it. Ghost will start using it right away. # AI Rules Source: https://docs.onghost.com/ai-rules Set instructions that shape how Ghost writes, used across every AI feature. **AI Rules** are instructions you give Ghost about how to handle certain situations. They apply across every AI feature, so once you set a rule, Ghost follows it everywhere. Open it from **Preferences > AI Rules**. ## How rules work Most rules read like "if this happens, do that." For example: * "If someone asks about a billing dispute, tell them we will provide a refund." * "If a brand wants to schedule a call, ask what times work for them." * "If a creator asks me to make content, thank them and ask for the details." Ghost uses these rules whenever it writes a draft, so your replies stay consistent without you repeating yourself. ## Add and manage rules * Click **+ New Rule** to add an instruction. * Use the pencil and trash icons to edit or remove a rule. * Each rule shows when it was last updated. ## Token budget Your rules share a budget, shown at the top (for example, "769 out of 32,000 tokens"). Longer rules use more of the budget. If you run low, tighten your wording or remove rules you no longer need. **Memories vs. rules:** [Memories](/about-me) are facts about you. AI Rules are instructions for how to act. Use memories for "who I am" and rules for "what to do." # Appearance & themes Source: https://docs.onghost.com/appearance Switch between light and dark mode and pick a theme that suits you. Change how Ghost looks under **Preferences > Theme**. ## Theme mode Set **Theme Mode** to **Light**, **Dark**, or **System** (which follows your device setting). ## Dark theme variants When you use dark mode, you can pick from several looks: * **Ghost Dark** * **Magma** * **Pink Flames** * **Nord** * **Soft Mint** * **True Black** Click a variant to apply it. The change is instant, so try a few and keep the one you like. # Plans & billing Source: https://docs.onghost.com/billing Compare Ghost plans and manage your subscription and payment details. See your plan and manage your subscription under **Preferences > Billing**. ## Plans **\$0 / month** * 3 emails you send per day * Ghost finds the brands for you * Limited AI usage **\$25 / month** * 300 emails per month * Ghost finds brands and writes them, you send * Unlimited AI-drafted replies and follow ups **\$49 / month** * 1,050 emails per month (450 done for you, 600 self-service) * Unlimited AI-drafted replies and follow ups * Best for creators pitching at scale Your current plan is marked **Current Plan**. Use **Upgrade** or **Downgrade** to change it. ## Billing details Under **Billing Details** you can edit: * **Billing Information** - your billing address. * **Payment method** - your card on file. Plan limits, like daily unlocks in [Search Brands](/search-brands), follow the plan you are on. For questions about billing, use **Contact us** on the billing page. # Brand portal Source: https://docs.onghost.com/brand-portal Review creators, write briefs, shape outreach, and track campaigns at brands.onghost.com. The brand portal is where you work with Ghost on your campaigns. Review the creators we source, approve or pass on them, write briefs, shape the outreach emails, and watch the content perform. It lives at [brands.onghost.com](https://brands.onghost.com). Brand portal home feed with creators waiting for approval ## Sign in The portal uses a magic link, so there is no password to remember. Go to [brands.onghost.com](https://brands.onghost.com) and type the email your Ghost team invited. We email you a sign-in link. Open it on the same device (it works for 15 minutes) and you are in. Brand portal sign-in page Access is invite-based. If your email isn't recognized, ask your Ghost contact, or have a teammate invite you from **Workspace settings**. ## What's inside The left sidebar is your map. **Home** collects everything that needs you. The rest goes deep on one job each. Approve, deny, comment, and tag the creators Ghost sources for each campaign. Write campaign briefs in a full editor and tag them to campaigns. See the exact emails creators receive and edit the copy yourself. Summary, analytics, and WhatsApp approval alerts. Brand details, your team, and sign-in access. Review creators and pull performance from Claude or ChatGPT. ## Ask Maya The ask bar at the top of every view is a direct line to Maya, your Ghost campaign manager. Ask about approvals, performance, usage rights, or what changed this week, and you get an answer grounded in your live campaign data. ## Campaigns Each campaign is a space in the left sidebar with its own creator queue, summary, analytics, brief, and notifications. Ghost-managed campaigns are set up by your Ghost team, and you can create more spaces anytime with the **+** next to Campaigns. # Briefs Source: https://docs.onghost.com/brand-portal-briefs Write campaign briefs in the portal and tag them to campaigns, so creators and the Ghost team work from the same page. The **Briefs** tab is where your campaign direction lives. Write what you want creators to make, tag the brief to a campaign, and the Ghost team briefs every approved creator from it. Briefs list with campaign tags ## Write a brief Click **New brief**, give it a title and an emoji, and write. The editor supports headings, bold and italic, bullet and numbered lists, links, and images. Briefs save as you type. Brief editor with formatting toolbar and campaign tag A few power features: * **Slash commands.** Type **/** on an empty line for headings, lists, and blocks without touching the toolbar. * **Write with AI.** Click **Write with AI** and describe what you want. It drafts the brief for you, and you edit from there. * **Campaign tags.** Tag a brief to one or more campaigns with the dropdown under the title. It then shows up on each campaign's **Brief** tab. ## What makes a good brief Short beats long. The briefs that get the best content answer four things: 1. **What you're launching or promoting**, in one or two sentences. 2. **Who the creator's audience should be.** 3. **Deliverables.** What they post, where, and what must be visible. 4. **Do and don't.** The handful of rules that actually matter. You can also create and edit briefs from Claude or ChatGPT once you [connect your AI](/brand-portal-mcp). Try: *"Draft a brief for our fall launch and tag it to the Creator Partnerships campaign."* # Review creators Source: https://docs.onghost.com/brand-portal-creators Approve, deny, comment on, and organize the creators Ghost sources for your campaigns. Ghost sources creators for your campaign around the clock. Every good fit lands in your portal with their handle, follower count, platform, and a short note on why they fit. Your job is one click: approve or pass. Campaign creator queue with approve and deny buttons ## Approve or deny Every creator row has a green check and a red x. * **Approve** greenlights the creator. Ghost takes it from there: outreach, negotiation, briefing, production, and posting. * **Deny** passes on them. Add an optional reason so we source better matches next round. You can work the queue entirely from your keyboard: **J** and **K** move between creators, **A** approves, **D** denies. ## Dig into a creator Click the arrow on any row to expand it. Expanded creator row showing note, tag, view profile, and move options From here you can: * **View profile** opens their Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube in a new tab. * **Add a note** sends a comment to the Ghost team about this creator. * **Tag** adds your own labels (like "top pick" or "backup") to keep the list organized. * **Move to** shifts the creator into a different campaign. ## Statuses and filters The queue is split into **Needs approval**, **Approved**, **Denied**, **Contracted**, and **All**. Contracted means the creator signed and is in production. You can also filter by platform, filter by audience size, and sort by newest or largest. Approving fast keeps your campaign moving. Creators are sourced fresh, and the best ones book up. Most brands clear their queue in under five minutes a day, or just approve from WhatsApp or their AI. ## Where the creators come from Ghost's data comes from tens of thousands of real brand deals. Our models grade every creator for fit, engagement quality, and fraud signals before anyone reaches your queue. The more you approve and deny, the sharper your queue gets. # Connect your AI (MCP) Source: https://docs.onghost.com/brand-portal-mcp Use your Ghost Brands workspace from Claude, ChatGPT, or Claude Code. Your brand portal is also an MCP server. Connect it once, and you can ask your AI assistant to review pending creators, approve or pass on them, and summarize campaign performance, right where you already work. Connect your AI dialog with MCP server URL and setup instructions In the portal, open the workspace menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose **Connect your AI** to see this screen anytime. Your server URL is: ``` https://brands.onghost.com/mcp ``` The first time you connect, you sign in with your normal Ghost magic link and approve access. Your AI only ever sees your own workspace. ## Connect from Claude In Claude, go to **Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector**. Name it "Ghost Brands" and paste the URL above. Click **Connect**, sign in with your Ghost magic link, and press **Approve** on the consent screen. Custom connectors are available on claude.ai and the Claude desktop and mobile apps. ## Connect from ChatGPT In ChatGPT, go to **Settings → Connectors → Advanced** and enable **Developer mode**. Choose **Create**, paste the URL above, and authorize with your Ghost sign-in. Connectors require a ChatGPT plan that supports them (Plus, Pro, or Business). ## Connect from Claude Code Run one command, then sign in: ```bash theme={null} claude mcp add --transport http ghost-brands https://brands.onghost.com/mcp ``` Then run `/mcp` in Claude Code and follow the sign-in prompt. ## What your AI can do Once connected, you can ask things like: * See your campaigns and the creators waiting on your approval * Approve, deny, or comment on creators * Review submitted video drafts and send feedback to the Ghost team * Read campaign performance (views, likes, comments) * Write and edit campaign briefs, and tag them to campaigns * Create new campaigns * Message your Ghost team Try: *"Any creators waiting on me?"*, *"How did last week's posts perform?"*, or *"Draft a brief for the spring launch and tag it to the Spring campaign."* ## Security * **Your workspace only.** A connection is scoped to your brand and nothing else. * **You approve it.** Access is granted with your own Ghost sign-in, the same magic link you already use. * **No financial data.** Rates, costs, and invoices are never exposed to your AI. For anything billing-related, your AI passes a message to the Ghost team. * **Revoke anytime.** Ask your Ghost team to turn off access, and any connected AI loses it right away. ## Troubleshooting **The connector won't authorize.** Open the magic-link email on the same device and browser where you started the connection. **"Email not recognized."** Access is invite-based. Ask your Ghost contact or a teammate to invite you from **Workspace settings**. **Your AI says it can't reach the server.** Re-add the connector and check the URL is exactly `https://brands.onghost.com/mcp`, with no trailing slash. **The data looks stale.** Ask your AI to re-fetch, for example *"check again for new creators."* # Email outreach Source: https://docs.onghost.com/brand-portal-outreach See the exact emails creators receive and edit the copy yourself. The Ghost team sends them for you. The **Email Outreach** tab shows the sequence every sourced creator receives, as a simple workflow. The Ghost team handles sending, deliverability, and replies. You control the words. Email outreach workflow showing email, timer, and follow-up steps ## How the sequence works 1. **Creator added.** Ghost sources a creator that fits your campaign. 2. **Email.** They get your first email. 3. **Timer.** We wait a couple of days. 4. **Follow-up email.** No reply? One gentle nudge. 5. **Exit.** The moment a creator replies, they leave the workflow and the Ghost team takes the conversation. ## Edit the copy Click any email card to open it. Edit the subject and body the way you'd edit a doc, and changes save automatically. Email copy editor with personalization variables Personalization variables fill in per creator: | Variable | Fills in as | | ---------------- | ------------------------ | | `{{first_name}}` | The creator's first name | | `{{handle}}` | Their social handle | ## What Ghost handles for you * **Sending infrastructure.** Warmed sending domains, rotation, and volume pacing so your outreach lands in inboxes, not spam. * **Replies.** Interested creators are answered by the Ghost team and pushed into your approval queue. * **Opt-outs.** Every email carries a reply-to-stop line, honored automatically. Adding steps or changing the timing is coming soon. For now the sequence shape is fixed (email, wait, follow-up), and your Ghost team can customize further on request. # Workspace settings Source: https://docs.onghost.com/brand-portal-settings Brand details, team access, and everything under your workspace menu. Click your workspace chip at the bottom of the left sidebar to open the workspace menu: **Workspace settings**, **Connect your AI**, and **Sign out**. ## Brand details and team **Workspace settings** holds your brand name, contact email, and website, plus everyone on your team who can sign in. Workspace settings dialog with brand details and team invites To add a teammate, type their work email and click **Invite**. They sign in at [brands.onghost.com](https://brands.onghost.com) with a magic link, no password setup needed. Remove access anytime with the trash icon next to their email. Invites are workspace-scoped. A teammate you invite sees your brand's campaigns and nothing else. ## Billing Brands on a self-serve plan manage their subscription through the hosted billing portal. Open the workspace menu and choose **Manage billing** to update cards, view invoices, or change plans. If you don't see it, your billing runs through your Ghost agreement, and your Ghost contact handles it. ## Your Slack channel Ghost runs campaign communication in a shared Slack channel. If your channel invite is pending, the portal shows a **join your Slack channel** banner until you're in. Prefer everything in one place? The portal's ask bar and WhatsApp notifications cover approvals and questions without Slack. ## Connect your AI **Connect your AI** links your workspace to Claude or ChatGPT so you can review creators and pull performance without opening the portal. Full setup guide: [Connect your AI](/brand-portal-mcp). # Track your campaign Source: https://docs.onghost.com/brand-portal-tracking Summary, analytics, and WhatsApp approval alerts keep you on top of every creator without opening a spreadsheet. Once creators are approved and signing, the portal becomes your command center for what's happening and how it's performing. ## Summary **Summary** lists every creator you're working with: their concept, where they are in the process, the video waiting on your review, usage rights, and the live post once it's up. Summary view listing signed creators and their status Statuses run from signed, to video submitted (with the draft embedded for your review), to posted. When a video is waiting on you, it shows up here and on **Home**. ## Analytics **Analytics** tracks the posts that go live: views, likes, and comments per post, per creator, and campaign totals. Numbers refresh automatically, so the view you see is current without asking anyone for a report. ## WhatsApp notifications Prefer to approve without opening the portal? **Notifications** sends a WhatsApp message when a creator needs your review, with their info and Approve / Deny buttons right in the chat. Notifications view for adding WhatsApp recipients Add anyone on your team by name and WhatsApp number. Include the country code; US numbers without one are assumed +1. Approvals from WhatsApp, the portal, and your [connected AI](/brand-portal-mcp) all land in the same place. Use whichever is closest to your thumb. # Chat with Ghost Source: https://docs.onghost.com/chat Ask Ghost to find brands, write emails, help with replies, and come up with content ideas. The chat box on your **Home** screen is the fastest way to work with Ghost. Type what you need in plain words and Ghost does it. ## Quick actions Under the chat box you will see four shortcuts: * **Find brands** - Ghost suggests brands that fit you. * **Draft email** - Ghost writes an outreach or reply email. * **Reply help** - paste an email you got and Ghost drafts a response. * **Content ideas** - Ghost gives you post and video ideas for a brand or topic. ## What you can ask You can type anything, not just the shortcuts. For example: * "Find me pet brands that work with creators my size." * "Draft a follow up to the SEEQ email I sent last week." * "What should I say back to this brand?" (then paste their message) * "Give me three content ideas for a skincare deal." Ghost uses your [About Me](/about-me) memories and [AI Rules](/ai-rules) so the answers sound like you and follow your preferences. ## Recent chats Every conversation is saved under **Recent Chats** in the left sidebar. Click any one to pick up where you left off. The more you tell Ghost in [About Me](/about-me), the sharper its answers get. If a draft is not quite right, just tell Ghost what to change and it will rewrite it. # My Contacts Source: https://docs.onghost.com/contacts Your brand contact list. See everyone you have talked to, and draft outreach in one click. **My Contacts** is your brand CRM. It keeps every brand and agency contact in one place, so you always know who you reached out to and when. Open it from **My Contacts** in the sidebar, or go to [app.onghost.com/contacts](https://app.onghost.com/contacts). ## The contact list The table shows each contact with: * **Name** and the company they work for. * **Email** and **Phone**. * **Status** (Active or Archived). * **Created** date and **Last Contacted** date. Use the search box to find a contact, and the **Status** filter to show only active or archived people. ## Add contacts * Click **+** to add a single contact by hand. * Click **Upload CSV** to import a list of contacts all at once. ## Open a contact Click any contact to open their page. You get three things: 1. **An email composer.** Write to them directly, or click **Generate Outreach Draft** to have Ghost write it for you. Type `/` in the body to see quick commands. Click **Send Email** to send from your Gmail. 2. **A details panel.** Edit their Attributes (name, email, phone, status, point of contact, address), Company (name and website), and Social links (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook). 3. **An activity timeline.** A running history of what happened with this contact, like when they were created and when you last reached out. Contacts you pitch from [Search Brands](/search-brands) show up here automatically, so your whole pipeline stays in one place. # Ghosty on WhatsApp Source: https://docs.onghost.com/ghosty Chat with Ghost from WhatsApp, so you can manage brand deals from your phone. **Ghosty** is Ghost on WhatsApp. It lets you talk to your assistant right from your phone, without opening the app. ## Start chatting On your **Home** screen, find the **Meet Ghosty** card marked **On WhatsApp** and tap it. That opens a WhatsApp chat with Ghosty. ## What you can do with Ghosty Ghosty works like the [chat](/chat) inside the app. From WhatsApp you can: * Ask Ghost to find brands for you. * Get a draft email written. * Ask for help replying to a brand. * Get content ideas on the go. It uses the same [About Me](/about-me) memories and [AI Rules](/ai-rules) as the web app, so the answers stay consistent no matter where you ask. Ghosty is great for quick tasks between shoots. Fire off a question from your phone and the work shows up in your account. # Welcome to Ghost Source: https://docs.onghost.com/index Ghost docs for creators landing brand deals and brands running creator campaigns. Ghost sits on both sides of the creator economy. Creators use Ghost to land brand deals. Brands use Ghost to source creators and run campaigns end to end. Pick your side below. ## For creators Ghost is an AI agent that helps creators land brand deals. It does the slow, annoying parts of working with brands so you can focus on making content. Ghost can: * **Find brands** that fit your niche and are worth pitching. * **Write the outreach** email for each brand, personalized to you. * **Draft your replies and follow ups** right inside your Gmail. * **Keep your contacts** organized so you always know who you talked to and when. You stay in control. Ghost drafts, you approve. Nothing sends on its own unless you turn on an automation that says otherwise. Set up Ghost and send your first pitch in a few minutes. Browse hundreds of brands and let Ghost write the email. Let Ghost draft your replies and follow ups automatically. Teach Ghost about you so every email sounds like you. Open the app at [app.onghost.com](https://app.onghost.com) and follow the [Quickstart](/quickstart). ## For brands Ghost sources, contracts, and manages creators for your campaigns. Your team works from the brand portal at [brands.onghost.com](https://brands.onghost.com): review the creators we find, write briefs, shape the outreach emails, and track every post. Brand portal home feed with creators waiting for approval Sign in, find your way around, and meet Maya, your campaign manager. Approve or pass on sourced creators in one click, from the portal, WhatsApp, or your AI. Write the campaign brief and the exact emails creators receive. Run your whole workspace from Claude or ChatGPT. ## How creators use Ghost 1. Connect your Gmail so Ghost can send and draft for you. 2. Tell Ghost about you in About Me and add your social handles. 3. Find brands in Search Brands and send the emails Ghost writes. 4. Let Ghost draft your replies and follow ups as brands respond. # Notifications Source: https://docs.onghost.com/notifications Choose what Ghost tells you about, from brand suggestions to your weekly recap. Control what Ghost notifies you about under **Preferences > Notifications**. Each one is a simple switch. ## Notification settings * **Brands Suggestions** - daily recommendations for brands to reach out to. * **Brand Response** - get notified when a brand replies to your message. * **Weekly Recap** - a weekly summary of what your assistant did for you. Turn any of them on or off at any time. Your choices save automatically. Keep **Brand Response** on so you never miss a brand writing back. That is when a deal is most likely to move. # Outreach & replies Source: https://docs.onghost.com/outreach-and-replies Let Ghost draft your replies, send follow ups, and even reach out to brands for you, all inside your Gmail. Once your Gmail is connected, Ghost can handle the back and forth of brand deals for you. Every automation is a switch you turn on or off, and you can always review drafts before anything sends. ## Where to manage it Open these settings two ways: * From **Home**, on the **Ghost Reply** card, click **Manage**. * Or open **Preferences > Email Sending > Gmail Connection**. You will see your connected Gmail (with an **Unlink** option) and the switches below. ## The automations Ghost reads new emails in your inbox and writes a draft reply for you, right inside Gmail. You review and send. This is the same feature shown as **Ghost Reply** on your Home screen. If you sent an email and got no reply in 48 hours, Ghost drafts a follow up for you automatically. No more deals going cold because you forgot to nudge. Ghost finds relevant brands and reaches out to them on your behalf, without you picking each one. This is the **Ghost Outreach** feature. It is available on paid plans, see [Billing](/billing). Ghost uses your email history to personalize everything it writes, so drafts match how you actually talk to brands. Adds a small "sent with Ghost" mark to AI-generated drafts. Turn it off any time. ## Reviewing drafts On the **Ghost Reply** card on Home, click **View Drafts** to see everything Ghost has drafted and waiting for you. Nothing is sent until you approve it, unless you have turned on an automation that sends for you. Auto Reach Out (Agent Mode) can email brands without you clicking send each time. Make sure your [About Me](/about-me) and [AI Rules](/ai-rules) are set up the way you want before you turn it on. # Profile & business info Source: https://docs.onghost.com/profile-and-business Set your personal details and your business information so Ghost represents you correctly. Your profile and business details live in **Preferences**. Ghost uses them in your emails and on your account. ## Business information Go to **Preferences > General** to update your business details: * **Logo** - upload your logo. * **Business Name** - the name you go by. * **Website** - your main site. * **Primary Address** - your business address. Click **Save Changes** when you are done. ## Personal profile Go to **Preferences > Profile** to manage your personal details: * **First Name** and **Last Name** * **Phone Number** * **Email** Click **Update Profile** to save. Keep your business name and website accurate. Ghost can reference them when it writes to brands, so the details should match how you want to be seen. # Quickstart Source: https://docs.onghost.com/quickstart Set up Ghost and send your first brand pitch in a few minutes. This guide gets you from sign up to your first pitch. It takes about five minutes. ## 1. Sign in Go to [app.onghost.com](https://app.onghost.com) and sign in with **Google** or **Apple**. ## 2. Connect your Gmail Ghost sends and drafts emails from your own Gmail, so the brand hears from you, not from a tool. Click **Preferences** in the left sidebar, then go to **Email Sending**. Click **Gmail Connection** and approve access. Once it says **Connected**, you are ready to send. No Gmail yet? You can still browse brands and write drafts. You just need a connected inbox to send and to use auto replies. ## 3. Tell Ghost about you Ghost writes better emails when it knows your story. * Go to **About Me** and add a few [Memories](/about-me): what you make, who you are, your rates, anything a brand should know. * Add your handles in [Social Media](/social-media) so brands can see your reach. ## 4. Find your first brand Open [Search Brands](/search-brands) and search by name, industry, or a keyword like "pet" or "fitness". 1. Pick a brand that fits you. 2. Ghost writes a personalized outreach email. 3. Review it, click **Unlock Contact & Send**, and it goes out from your Gmail. ## 5. Let Ghost handle the replies When brands write back, Ghost can draft your responses for you. Turn this on in [Outreach & replies](/outreach-and-replies). Learn how to ask Ghost for brands, drafts, and content ideas. # Search Brands Source: https://docs.onghost.com/search-brands Browse hundreds of brands, and let Ghost write a personalized pitch for the ones you like. **Search Brands** is your directory of brands and agencies that work with creators. Ghost writes the pitch, you decide who to send it to. Open it from **Search Brands** in the left sidebar, or go to [app.onghost.com/brands](https://app.onghost.com/brands). ## Find a brand Use the search bar to search by **brand name, industry, or keyword**. Try terms like "pet", "fitness", "beauty", or "DTC". Each brand card shows: * The brand or agency name and industry. * A named contact and their role (for example, Influencer Marketing Manager). * Tags for what they do (Performance Marketing, UGC, Influencer Marketing, and more). * The country they are based in. ## Send a pitch Click a brand card. Ghost writes a personalized outreach email to that contact, with a subject and body based on your [About Me](/about-me). Read it over and edit anything you want. The email is written to sound like you. Click **Unlock Contact & Send**. Ghost reveals the contact and sends the email from your connected Gmail. Each plan includes a set number of unlocks. The free plan shows how many you have left for the day (for example, "10 unlocks left today"). Paid plans raise that limit. See [Billing](/billing). Want Ghost to find and pitch brands for you automatically, without picking them one by one? Turn on Agent Mode in [Outreach & replies](/outreach-and-replies). # Social Media Source: https://docs.onghost.com/social-media Add your handles so brands can see your reach when you pitch them. Brands want to know your numbers before they work with you. The **Social Media** page is where you add your profiles so Ghost can show your reach in your pitches. Open it from **Social Media** in the sidebar, or go to [app.onghost.com/social](https://app.onghost.com/social). ## Connect your platforms Ghost supports three platforms: * **Instagram** - add your handle (for example, `@yourhandle`). * **TikTok** - add your handle. * **YouTube** - add your channel. For each one, Ghost tracks your **Followers**, **Following**, and **Engagement**, and shows a **Status** so you know what is connected. ## Save your changes Enter your handles and click **Save Changes**. The summary at the top shows your **Total Followers**, how many **Platforms** are connected (out of three), and your **Sync Status**. The more platforms you add, the stronger your pitches look. Brands evaluate creators on reach and engagement, so keep these up to date.
