# Email outreach

> See the exact emails creators receive and edit the copy yourself. The Ghost team sends them for you.

The **Email Outreach** tab shows the sequence every sourced creator receives, as a simple workflow. The Ghost team handles sending, deliverability, and replies. You control the words.

## How the sequence works

1. **Creator added.** Ghost sources a creator that fits your campaign.
2. **Email.** They get your first email.
3. **Timer.** We wait a couple of days.
4. **Follow-up email.** No reply? One gentle nudge.
5. **Exit.** The moment a creator replies, they leave the workflow and the Ghost team takes the conversation.

## Edit the copy

Click any email card to open it. Edit the subject and body the way you'd edit a doc, and changes save automatically.

Personalization variables fill in per creator:

| Variable         | Fills in as              |
| ---------------- | ------------------------ |
| `{{first_name}}` | The creator's first name |
| `{{handle}}`     | Their social handle      |

## What Ghost handles for you

* **Sending infrastructure.** Warmed sending domains, rotation, and volume pacing so your outreach lands in inboxes, not spam.
* **Replies.** Interested creators are answered by the Ghost team and pushed into your approval queue.
* **Opt-outs.** Every email carries a reply-to-stop line, honored automatically.

  Adding steps or changing the timing is coming soon. For now the sequence shape is fixed (email, wait, follow-up), and your Ghost team can customize further on request.
